You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute spam, or to engage in any activity that disrupts our services or harms other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonza Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
